Welcome to the Primal Cleanse

The Primal Cleanse is a 14 day window to allow you to create an environment inside and outside of your body to rest, heal and recharge using diet, movement, meditation, supplementation and lifestyle changes.

It has been created in conjunction with the work of the worlds top doctors, naturopath’s and holistic health professionals is run by Brad Rasmus, co-author of this website. An Australian based holistic health coach who’s been in the game since 1996. This is an awesome opportunity for anyone to work with Brad for a fraction of his normal price.

Within this group, you will learn how to reconnect with the foundations of health to allow you to thrive instead of just survive! You can do this with the community four times a year during the beginning of each season or do it in your own time using the step-by-step units created within the group. It also offers three levels of cleanse for the beginner to the advanced.

Our Methods


The diet is a big part of it. We use a Naturopathic ‘gut gardening’ approach, combined with an Anti-Fungal Diet popularised by Dr Doug Kaufmann of the USA. The first week consists of a ‘weeding’ phase to pull out the ‘harmful’ weeds, or bad bacteria, pathogens, parasites that exists in most people’s digestive systems, followed by a ‘seeding’ phase where we replenish good bacteria, and heal the lining of the stomach. 14 days is a minimum. You can extend it for longer! Whilst the diet is important, you’ll learn a ton more! Think how to make kombucha and chicken broth, meditation techniques, stretching, supplementation protocols and heaps of lifestyle changes tools like cold showers, ice baths, enemas, colonics and more!
