As a studying C.H.E.K. Practitioner (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiologist), Brad has a unique holistic approach that looks at the body as a complex system of systems. Although complex, Brad’s experience over the years and education through the CHEK Institute made him realise how simple optimal health can be for people, if they just listened to their bodies. This course has been designed to simplify these complexities into a palatable amount of information that will have you feeling better about knowing how to feed and move your body optimally.
